What we build

Where Cleanliness of Line meets Careful Service

Every service is a complete path: measure, specify, protect, install, and hand over—not a list of extras added at the last minute.

Starting $850 Kitchen remodeling

Kitchen Remodeling

Work triangles, cabinetry, lighting layers, and surfaces that survive real cooking. We rebuild layouts so two people can move without colliding, and we specify hardware you can use with wet hands.

Starting $420 Bathroom renovation

Bathroom Renovation

Waterproof assemblies, ventilation, storage, and calm palettes. Showers, vanities, and tile are sequenced so the room stays dry for decades, not just for the photos on day one.

Starting $300 Interior painting

Interior Painting

Prep is the job: filling, sanding, priming, and cutting clean lines. Color is chosen in your light. The result is a finish that looks even from morning sun to evening lamps.

Starting $480 Flooring installation

Flooring Installation

Hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile, and stair work installed over a prepared subfloor. Transitions, expansion gaps, and acoustic underlayments are planned, not improvised.

Starting $1,200 Home addition framing

Home Additions

Rooms that feel like they always belonged: structure, insulation, windows, and interior finishes coordinated so the new square footage matches the old house in spirit and in detail.

Starting $640 Outdoor living and deck

Outdoor Living

Decks, patios, and garden rooms that extend the kitchen and living area outdoors—with drainage, lighting, and railings designed for daily use, not just summer evenings.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions...

Services can be combined or phased. A kitchen can lead, a bath can follow, and paint can unify the whole floor when the dusty work is done.

Yes. We often pair painting with trim, or flooring with baseboards, so you are not living through two separate disruptions. The sequence is written so wet work, dusty work, and finish work do not collide.
A coordinator brings samples to the house and records your decisions. You are not left with a pile of catalogs and a deadline. If a product is delayed, we discuss alternatives before the calendar slips.
Floors are covered, HVAC returns are protected during dusty tasks, and work zones are isolated. We tidy at the end of each day so the rest of the house can still function.
